Gateway Consultancy Services wishes to provide a web based MIS to the Uva Wellassa University to meet the University’s requirement of gathering and processing of all information generated within the University and developing into a knowledge database that provides necessary outputs for day to day decision making. The use of the MIS would offer a new era by introducing a range of innovative IT based services that would optimize the efficiency of running of the University. This document includes the proposed design overview, development and Installation, maintenance, pricing, warranty and the information on upgrading the system to meet future demands. |

The Web portal is a point and click website builder for building a powerful portal with the click of the mouse. This add-on module will enable schools to easily create and maintain the school website without having to learn HTML or web designing. Features in the portal module include the ability to organize the structure of the site and easily add new pages and modify the content in the site. |
